APPLICATION

I promise that by January 31st, 2010, I will create a flag for my adopted species and donate it to the National Park Service and that I will follow the guidelines set forth in the "Make a Flag” section of this website.  I also agree that I will pledge to engage in an "eco-action” and post documentation of this action on the project blog. By completing this online application, I also agree to release all rights to artist Xavier Cortada, thereby allowing the artist to use the art and flag, text and images, content and information provided by me in any way he deems fit.
