About the Artist

 

Carlene Munoz is an artist whose work focuses on drawing. She is a recent MFA graduate of the University of Florida and current resident at the Fountainhead Studios in Miami, Florida.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Artist's Statement

The work examines presence and spatial relationships through the process of drawing. Delicate hand drawn petals subtly emerge and dematerialize from the surface of the paper in a topo-analytical exploration of my reaction to the components of the Virginsbower.
