About the Artist

I have been a graphic designer for about 45 years, creating logos, brochures, newsletters, letterhead, etc. for print shops and two ad agencies. I've enjoyed drawing and painting all my life, but now in retirement, I have the luxury of pursuing my interest in watercolors, and have developed a style and a small following of my work.

Artist's Statement

Coming from a graphics background, I am now exploring my skills in watercolor. I have developed a particular interest in painting animals, birds and fish and enjoy showing them in some detail. However flowers, still-lifes, and landscapes are also fun to explore.
