About the Artist:

Lara Restelli was born and raced in Argentina and immigrated to the United States in 2001 together with her husband; soon after she became a proud mother of two beautiful boys. She shares her love for art by participating and developing creative art classes for children at St. Patrick School (Preschool and Kindergarten). Her studio in Brickell is also opened for individual and group art classes for children ages 2-10.

Artist Statement

Art has taught me to observe and appreciate the beauty behind everyday things. Nature has been my mentor and inspiration. I explore the story behind the objects and convey my feelings through my own representation of nature. My painting process is an evolution, during which I find excitement, happiness, and peace. I am embraced with a feeling of accomplishment every time I transmit my thoughts and emotions to a canvas.
