FLOR500, Garden 81 Theodore “Theo” Staff, Early Settler, Businessman (1876–1973) Theodore Staff was an early settler in the Fort Walton Beach area, arriving in 1913 with his wife, Molly. He helped his father-in-law manage the Gulfview Hotel, and later the Staff Restaurant, next to the hotel. The Gulfview has been restored by the Junior League of the Emerald Coast, and the Staff Restaurant is still in operation, owned by the granddaughters of Theo and Molly Staff. The family helped establish St Mary’s Parish, and the first St. Mary’s School.

Theodore "Theo” Staff, Early Settler, Businessman 

(1876–1973)

Theodore Staff was an early settler in the Fort Walton Beach area, arriving in 1913 with his wife, Molly.
