FLOR500 Garden 324 Sarah Lucretia Robb, Physician, Community Activist (1852–1937) Dr. Robb was the first woman doctor in Alachua County. She was active in the community, and founded the Gainesville Garden Club and the Presbyterian Church choir. Her one-story gingerbread Victorian cottage on University Avenue has been restored and outfitted with much of Robb’s original furniture and medical instruments. It is now the home of the Alachua County Medical Society and Robb House Medical Museum.

Dr. Robb was the first woman doctor in Alachua County.
