While this action does not impact the Oriental Small Clawed Otter directly, it does benefit one of its cousins, the River Otter, and will help protect it from becoming a threatened species.

I want to adopt this animal because I had always wanted to be a small animal vet throughout my time in high school but decided to follow a pre-med track. My love for small animals still continues and I have decided to work on this project to help a species that I found interesting and not a common animal that everyone knows about because it's the animals that aren't popular that usually get less merit than the others.
