Which animal are you adopting?

Steller Sea Lion, Eumetopias jubat

180

Why adopt this animal?

I have always loved seals for how cute they are :) But I've decided to adopt the steller sea lion for other reasons. The main reason I adopted this animal was because I've seen other types of seals firsthand in a natural environment off an island in Chile and there weren't many there because those types of seals have also diminished in number. It makes me sad to think of how these beautiful animals are leaving our planet and this seal reminded me of that moment in Chile.

Pledge your eco-action

I pledge to use my car less to help even in the tiniest way possible in reducing global warming (causing water temperatures to rise) and most importantly I pledge to finally begin recycling at my home to decrease environmental pollution.
